Set up your Epicrange email account on your computer, smartphone or tablet.
Before You Start
- Make sure you have your full email address, email password and the incoming/outgoing mail server details supplied with your hosting account.
- For most devices, select IMAP if you want your email to stay synchronised across multiple devices. POP3 is generally better suited to downloading mail to one device.
Setting Up Your Email
- When configuring Outlook, Android, iPhone or another mail application, enter your full Epicrange email address as the username.
- Use the secure SSL/TLS mail settings supplied for your hosting service.
Troubleshooting Email
- If sending works but receiving does not, or receiving works but sending does not, confirm the server names, ports, encryption type and authentication settings.
- You can also use Webmail from your hosting account when you need immediate browser-based access to your mailbox.

If you cannot connect after checking your username, password and server settings, open a support ticket and include:
- The email address affected
- The device or application you are using
- Any error message shown
