- Check the due date and payment status of each invoice.
- Use the available payment method to settle outstanding balances.
- Review your active services, domains and renewal dates.
- Keep your account contact and billing information up to date.
Questions About an Invoice
If you believe an invoice is incorrect, open a billing ticket and include the invoice number and a short explanation.
Important
Service suspension and reactivation are subject to the terms applicable to your service. Pay invoices before their due dates to avoid interruptions.
