- Use a strong, unique password for your Client Area and hosting accounts.
- Do not share passwords, SIP credentials or hosting login details through insecure channels.
- Enable additional security options such as multi-factor authentication when available.
- Keep the email address linked to your account secure and up to date.
If You Suspect Unauthorised Access
- Change affected passwords immediately.
- Contact Epicrange Support.
- Never approve an unexpected password reset or account-change request without verifying it.
