Setting Up Epic Voice
- Keep your SIP username and password confidential.
- Install the supported Epic Phone application or configure your compatible SIP device.
- Enter the SIP account details supplied by Epicrange.
- Confirm that the device has a stable internet connection.
- Place an outgoing test call and test incoming calls to your assigned number.
Troubleshooting
If calls connect but there is no audio, check the local network, router/firewall configuration and whether the problem occurs on more than one network.
Important
Epic Voice is a SIP account service. PBX extensions are separate features available when using an Epicrange PBX solution.
